How do I subscribe?

It's simple! Just head over to our Pricing Page and click on the subscription plan button that best fits your needs. You will automatically be redirected to our Contact Us page, where you can submit a quick request. Once received, a member of our team will personally reach out to help you finalize your setup.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

If you need to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan, please contact our support team. We handle all subscription adjustments manually to ensure a smooth transition and will process your request as quickly as possible.

Note: If you choose to cancel, you will still have full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Your billing cycle begins the day you officially activate your subscription.

Billed on the same calendar day each month (e.g., if you start on the 5th, you will be billed on the 5th of every month).

Can I get a refund if I forget to cancel?

Generally, subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. However, we know mistakes happen! If your subscription recently renewed and you forgot to cancel, please reach out to our team within 24 hours of the charge. As long as you haven't used the service during the new billing cycle, we will do our best to help you out.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. To prevent any interruption to your service, all subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. If you do not wish to renew for the next period, please contact us to request a cancellation before your next billing date.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we will send an email notification to let you know.

Our system will automatically attempt to retry the charge a few times over the following week. Your service will remain active during this grace period. If the payment still cannot be processed after these attempts, your subscription will be temporarily paused until your billing details are updated.
